Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase or before they are shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Incorrect shipping details
- Any activity flagged as suspicious
In such cases, customers will be notified and the amount will be refunded immediately.
