Return & Refund Policy

Important Note (Opening Video Requirement)

Customers must record a parcel opening video at the time of receiving the order. This video must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and any damage or defect (if applicable).

No opening video = No return or replacement.

Order Processing & Automatic Cancellations

Although we strive to process every order successfully, certain orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Limitations on product quantities
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Stock availability issues
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Issues flagged by our verification or credit department

If an order is cancelled, we will notify you. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded automatically.

1. Returns Policy

The complete return process generally takes 7–10 business days.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 10 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is not in good condition

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice included.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.

  • If paid via card or net banking, the refund will reflect in the same account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account.

Refunds usually take 5–6 business days to reflect. Some banks may take longer.

Do Not Accept Damaged Packaging

Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered. If damage is found after opening, notify customer support immediately with the opening video.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged after use, or tampered with
  • Products returned without an opening video
  • Products missing original packaging or invoice

If Replacement Is Not Possible

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Reverse Pickup & Customer Shipping

  • Reverse pickup usually takes 2–3 business days but may vary.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may ship the product to us and receive a refund of courier charges up to ₹120 (with courier receipt).
  • Please ensure the product reaches us undamaged. We recommend using reputable courier services.

Refunds are issued once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

Delays

Refund or return delays due to courier or logistics issues are possible. Customers cannot claim penalties or interest for such delays.

Multiple Products

If your order contains multiple items, submit all return requests together.

Misuse of Return Policy

To prevent abuse of our return system, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a shipping fee of ₹75
  • Disable COD for accounts with high return or non-acceptance rates

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before the order is processed or shipped. Orders already shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.

Submit cancellation requests via email or our customer helpline.

Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS. Refunds for cancellations (minus bank/transaction charges, if any) will be processed accordingly.
