Manufacturer Warranty

  • Customers must retain the original packaging and invoice for warranty claims.
  • Warranty support is provided directly by the brand’s authorized service center.

iShock Replacement Guarantee (if applicable)

  • Covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Physical damage, water damage, improper use, and wear/tear are not covered.
